Terms & Conditions of Warranty

We want you to be satisfied with your halter.  Hi-Tech Halters have been designed to be strong and durable.  However, if you do break one of our nylon halters, or if you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us for a replacement halter.  We want to know of any problems so we can address the issue and improve the halters.

Hi-Tech Halters are warranted against breakage under normal usage conditions for a period of 3 years from date of purchase.  This warranty covers the nylon strap halters, and is not applicable to leather halters.

If by chance you do break one of our nylon halters, Please contact us via email or phone to arrange the replacement of your halter.

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover halter breakage due to mis-use or neglect.  Leather halters are not covered under this warranty.  Rhinestones, studs, silver inserts, or other decorative items are not covered under this warranty.
